There’re mainly 2 types of air cushion machine in the market, one is for air bubble film like gourd film, air pillow bag, etc. One is for air column film, like air column bag roll, air column roll.
Due to different features of air bubble film and air column film ,they need different air cushion machine.
The air bubble film’s thickness ranges from 15um-40um normally, and most are HDPE materials which is weak adhesiveness . So it requests low power of the air cushion machine, and it can be inflated easily, without external air supply.
The air column’s thickness ranges from 45um-80um normally, and the material is LDPE which is stronger adhesion. It requests stronger power to inflate, and need external air supply like air compressor.
What’s more, the design is different between air bubble film and air column film, they are not able use the same air cushion machine.
