Different types of air cushion film

There’re 3 types of material for air cushion film, HDPE, LDPE and biodegradable material. HDPE is the most common type of the air cushion film, it has competitive price. But the air in it can only keep for 7-10 days, and will leak slowly after that. So this decides that HDPE material can only use in short-term transportation. The air will keep longer for LDPE, normally 1-12 months depending on the thickness.
All of them can make different shape, and be used in the air cushion machine. 
The common shape of air cushion film is: air bubble wrap, air pillow bag, four rows bubble roll, 2 tubes bubble roll, etc.
As for air bubble roll and four rows bubble rolls series, they’re mainly used for wrapping the goods and protecting them during transportation. As for air pillow bag, due to different size, people always use them to fill in the space in the box, to  achieve  a good protection effect . People usually use different shape together ,to fit different size of the goods, as all of them are suitable for same air cushion machine.

Air cushion film is popular in logistics warehouse owners, or e-commerce sellers .A few machines are set on the working table, and let them inflate the air cushion film in a basket. That will help the worker get the material quickly, and do the packaging with high working efficiency. Don’t need extra workers to prepare the material, the air cushion machine will inflate it automatically, that helps to save some labor cost as well.
There’re some  auxiliary equipment for air cushion film as well, like coiling table which will work together with the air cushion machine, help to storage the material .Or overhead hopper, which will blow the material to the top, and storage the air cushion material in a top basket, to save space.
